ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: 
• Weekly menus are released on Sundays via email and social media
• Orders must be received by Tuesday at 8 p.m. for the following week
• Orders are accepted by email only to ensure accuracy
• Orders are confirmed via reply email with total cost
• Late orders cannot be accepted due to a tight production schedule
• Pick Up Day: Tuesday/Meet Up Day: Wednesday (limited availability)
• Please arrive within your scheduled window

  • Payment is due at pick up. Accepted forms of payment:

• A full ingredient list is available upon request before ordering
• The kitchen is not certified allergen-free
• Shared equipment is used
• While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, it cannot be guaranteed

• All items are prepared as advertised
• Substitutions or customizations are limited and may not be possible
• EB’s Kitchen cannot significantly alter recipes beyond the posted menu
• All food is fully cooked and chilled; Meals are ready to reheat or freeze
• Reheating and storage instructions are provided with each order
• Everything is made from scratch
• Small-batch cooking means limited quantities; ordering early is encouraged
• Retail space is open year-round (by appointment) with a rotating selection of curated gifts
• Event gallery available for private rentals and hosted experiences
• Gift certificates are available for meals, catered events and private rentals
