The menu is a dance between the traditional and the trendy, with a jig of classic Irish cuisine and a reel of modern flair.

Snack board during social hour before dinner: Gardner Hill Neighbors jam, Rams Farm chèvre,  EB's Kitchen crusty baguette, artisan crackers

Pub Style Salad:  mixed greens, sliced cucumber, Irish cheddar, pickled beets, chopped egg, cherry tomatoes; Maple mustard vinaigrette; EVO, local maple syrup, Blackwater Mustard Co. tavern mustard, Windover Farm apple cider vinegar

Entrée: Remick Farm beef brisket with sweet onion & mushroom gravy featuring NH Mushroom Co. and Lucky Pigeon Stage Island Stout beer (dedicated gf brewery) served on a nest of Green Thumb Farm rosemary potatoes; Remick Farm minced lamb and herb puff pastry 

Sides: Maple-ginger glazed carrots; grilled asparagus

Bread: Savory cheddar & thyme scones with Vermont cheddar cheese, Irish butter

Vegetarian entrée: (requested in advance) Root vegetable gratin with Vermont cheddar cheese

Dessert: Espresso fudge brownie (gf) featuring local eggs; with whipped cream, fresh mint

Dinner Beverages: Mixed berry shrub, sparkling water

Dessert Beverages: our signature herbal tea blend with Red Gables Farm honey, RoofTop Roasters coffee, Sherman Farm cream, sugar

Beer pairing suggestion: Hobbs Brewery Back Road American Brown Ale

Wine pairing suggestion: Hermit Woods 2019 Lake House Red or Elderberry Wine
