Entrée: Remick Farm beef brisket with sweet onion & mushroom gravy featuring NH Mushroom Co. and Lucky Pigeon Stage Island Stout beer (dedicated gf brewery) served on a nest of Green Thumb Farm rosemary potatoes; Remick Farm minced lamb and herb puff pastry
Sides: Maple-ginger glazed carrots; grilled asparagus
Bread: Savory cheddar & thyme scones with Vermont cheddar cheese, Irish butter
Vegetarian entrée: (requested in advance) Root vegetable gratin with Vermont cheddar cheese
Dessert: Espresso fudge brownie (gf) featuring local eggs; with whipped cream, fresh mint
