Salad: Locally grown spring peas and shaved asparagus, toasted quinoa, roasted golden beets and Huckins Farm feta cheese

Dressing: Windover Farm apple cider vinegar, Blackwater Mustard Co. tavern blend mustard, lemon, fresh herbs, EVOO (GF)

Surf + Turf Entrée: Remick Farm Beef Tenderloin with Meyer Lemon Butter Sauce (GF)

North Atlantic Seafood Scampi

Linguini tossed with fresh seafood, roasted garlic, meyer lemon zest, Huckins Farm cream, shaved parmesan and fresh parsley — fresh seafood selections dependant upon availability (GF pasta available if requested in advance) 

Vegetarian option: Mixed Vegetable Linguini*

Linguini tossed with roasted bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, spinach, onion and a parmesan-garlic white sauce
